The retreat welcomes wellness practitioners as well as guests attending for personal interest. Before travelling, each guest completes a six-hour online study component, giving the group a shared introduction to the cultural foundations, key terminology, medicinal herbs and selected practices explored during the retreat.
Practitioners can connect the learning with their existing work. Non-practitioners can participate through observation, preparation, receiving treatments and carefully guided practical activities according to their experience and comfort.
PRANI RE-EMERGENCE™ is a restorative retreat enriched by genuine Traditional Thai Medicine learning. It is neither an intensive classroom course nor a passive spa holiday.
The ten-day programme brings together structured small-group classes, four received Thai wellness treatments, natural hot-spring time, meditation, journalling, two cultural immersion days and protected periods of rest.
The retreat is limited to a maximum of four guests, allowing the teaching, treatments and daily rhythm to remain personal, carefully paced and unhurried.
Traditional Thai Medicine is a recognised Thai system of knowledge that includes herbal applications, bodywork, traditional therapies and culturally specific approaches to health and care.
Learning directly from Dr. Rossamon, a licensed Traditional Thai Medicine doctor, gives guests culturally informed teaching, correct preparation of traditional materials and a clearer understanding of the context behind the practices.
From 31 October to 3 November 2026, Dr. Rossamon will lead small-group classes that include fresh medicinal plants, herbal-compress preparation, Hom Yaa burning herb therapy, traditional Thai abdominal massage applications, body-compress techniques, Thai facial compress and acupressure, neck and shoulder work, and selected eye and knee poultices.
Before travelling, guests complete a six-hour online study component introducing the cultural background, key terminology, medicinal herbs and selected practices explored during the retreat.
At the Hot Spring Retreat, Mannie introduces meditation, journalling, Thai herbal-compress foundations, medicinal herbs and the relationship between water and Thai wellness traditions.
From 31 October to 3 November 2026, Dr. Rossamon leads the main practical Traditional Thai Medicine programme, including:
Four included 90-minute Thai wellness treatments complement the learning by giving guests dedicated time to receive care as part of the retreat experience.
With a maximum of four guests, there is time for close guidance, questions, practical participation and rest between sessions.

The programme includes regular opportunities for hot-spring bathing, resting, journalling, reading, walking and quiet reflection. Classes, treatments and cultural days are spaced so guests have time to absorb each experience without feeling they must keep up with a crowded itinerary.
This balance between participation and rest is central to the PRANI RE-EMERGENCE™ retreat rhythm.
No specialist equipment is required.
The herbs, compress ingredients and practical materials used during the scheduled Traditional Thai Medicine classes will be provided.
Guests should bring comfortable clothing suitable for meditation, light movement, sitting and guided practical activities. A complete packing list will be supplied before the retreat.
Please wait until your retreat place has been formally confirmed before booking your flights.
PRANI RE-EMERGENCE™ begins on Monday 26 October 2026 and concludes on Wednesday 4 November 2026 in Klong Thom, Krabi, Thailand.
Guests are recommended to arrive in Phuket by Sunday 25 October 2026, allowing time to settle before the retreat begins.

The journey continues towards Klong Thom, with a welcome lunch planned at Yak Space at approximately 1:00 pm, before continuing to the Hot Spring Retreat.
The exact meeting location and final arrival instructions will be provided to confirmed guests before travel.
On Wednesday 4 November, the group transfer will depart the Hot Spring Retreat at approximately 11:00 am and return to Phuket International Airport.
We recommend booking departing flights for 5:00 pm or later to allow sufficient time for the road journey and airport procedures.
The scheduled group arrival and departure transfers described above are included in the retreat arrangements.
Guests requiring transfers outside the scheduled group arrangements are responsible for organising and paying for those additional transfers.
We strongly recommend booking flexible or refundable flights and purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
Guests must disclose food allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements during the application process.
We will check your requirements with the Hot Spring Retreat before your booking is finalised. Reasonable dietary needs will be discussed, but highly specialised diets may not always be possible.
The following are not included in the retreat investment:
Guests who choose to arrive early, stay longer or continue travelling in Thailand are responsible for arranging and paying for their additional accommodation, transport, meals and personal travel plans.
Your accommodation, core retreat programme, four 90-minute treatments, scheduled meals and two cultural immersion days are brought together so you can focus on experiencing the retreat rather than organising every detail yourself.
After you submit your application, Mannie will review it personally. Suitable applicants may be invited to a short conversation before a place is offered.
